3D SCANNER: Modernization and Rapid Recovery of UAV Parts

3D SCANNER: Modernization and Rapid Recovery of UAV Parts

This fundraiser has been launched at the direct request of the Head of the K2 Brigade’s R&D Center. Having a professional 3D scanner directly in the workshop will drastically reduce the turnaround time for component processing.

This will significantly improve the quality of damaged parts recovery, while enabling the team to effectively execute complex reverse engineering tasks and adapt existing engineering solutions.

Every day on the front line, there is an urgent need to repair damaged drone components, integrate specialized equipment, and modify factory-supplied UAVs for specific combat missions. In reality, this means consistently solving high-volume, complex engineering problems with numerous variables.

Without 3D scanning, these processes must be done manually, which takes an unacceptably long time. This costs precious time—and ultimately, human lives.

Acquiring this equipment will allow specialists to respond to combat units’ requests in the shortest possible time: promptly designing, manufacturing scarce components, and equipping available UAVs with custom configurations.

Modern technologies must work to protect Ukraine!
